Good friend Jay Croft's site Street Canoe just published am article on the Diy spot in Newport featuring Instrument riders Zach Kincaid, Jap, Gary Collins, and Seth Zwick.. The photos were shot by Ben Clemens one night before the Kinship premiere. We re proud to be involved with this project and will continue to support it thru donations as well as hands on building. Take a look at Street Canoe and be on the lookout for the print version dropping soon.

NEWPORT SKATEPARK FUNDRAISER

This saturday, if you re anywhere near Cincinnati, you should come out to our fundraiser for the Newport Skatepark..We teamed up with our woodshop (Generator Distribution), Galaxie Skateshop, The Southgate House Revival, the city of Newport, 10 Great local bands, and thirty local Artists to throw a fundraiser to get the ball rolling on Construction of the New Newport Skatepark. Along with sets by ten of the areas best bands, there will also be a silent auction of 30 hand painted cruiser decks. All for 12 dollars which 100 percent of goes to towards construction. This area has supported Instrument since we started, and we re proud to be spear heading the greater Cincinnati skateboard movement. Come out, have a drink, listen to some great music, and bid on a one of a kind cruiser deck you can hang, rip or do whatever you want with. Things happen when evryone chips in...See you Saturday.

The fall colorway of the "new flag" collab from Corporate and Instrument will be dropping tomorrow at Corporate (513) 771 0432, and Galaxie skate shop (859) 261-7292. These are extremely limited and will sell out quickly. If you want one i suggest not sleeping on em. Instrument and Corporate will continue to work together in the future, So make sure and stay heads up on our collabs......

After a tough judging session, the first Bro Model is going to Cotie Robinson. Shout out to Cotie for going out and getting the winning clip on the fly...he was told about the contest on deadline day and came back in twenty minutes with this gem filmed by Glen Hammerle......Honorable mentions go out to Brooks Shuping, Zach Kincaid, Teddy Roach, Brennan Barton, Ryan True and Peter Martin for their submissions.....Next up is Lawrenceburg, get on it!
